Return Policy

01. Application for Returns

Customer may apply for the return of the purchased items (“Item”)

within 7 days of receipt prior to the Terms of Service.

 

02. Application for the Return of an Item

Customer may only apply for the return of the Item in the following circumstances:

• The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

• Company has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification to customer;

• The Item delivered to the customer is different from the description provided by company.

• The Item has expired.

We will review each customer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the customer's application is successful.

 

03. No change of mind return

04. Condition of Returning Item

Customer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items that come with the Item, must be returned to the company in the condition received by the customer on delivery. We will recommend customer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.

 

05. Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee

Company will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
